MEET THE TEAM
Dr. William C. Harris
Dr. William C. Harris is a fellowship-trained facial plastic and reconstructive board-certified surgeon. A southern gentleman at heart, Dr. Harris grew up in Atlanta, Georgia and went on to complete his undergraduate degree at Elon University in North Carolina where he studied biology, chemistry, and the fine arts. He then spent almost a decade in the culturally rich city of New Orleans, Louisiana where he completed his medical school training at Louisiana State University and then a highly selective head and neck surgery residency at the renowned Tulane University.
An artist from a young age, Dr. Harris found a natural passion for facial plastic surgery during his residency and after applying he was awarded one of just fifty coveted AAFPRS facial plastic surgery fellowship positions in the country. During his fellowship in Palo Alto, California, Dr. Harris had the unique opportunity to train with world-class mentors as well as to work with and teach Stanford University residents while performing the full spectrum of facial plastic and reconstructive procedures including an emphasis on hair transplantation and non-surgical hair enhancement methods such as PRP treatments and medical therapy.
Dr. Harris also has a strong interest in medical charity work and has traveled internationally to various countries including Honduras, Haiti, and India to provide medical services and surgery for those who have little to no access to care. Whether addressing cosmetic, post-traumatic, or congenital needs, Dr. Harris feels very fortunate to possess a skillset that enables him to help people from all walks of life feel more whole and confident within themselves. He truly believes in an individualized approach for every patient he sees and that obtaining a high-quality natural result is really the only way to success.

With a combined 39 years of experience in hair restoration, sisters Lurina and Larissa have participated in hundreds of transplant surgeries, offering unparalleled experience and dedication.
Over two decades ago, Lurina and Larissa embarked on their professional journey, training under a pioneering hair restoration expert in the South Bay, as well as their mother, Tina, a dedicated hair restoration technician and clinical trainer with over 40 years of experience.
Upon completing their training, Lurina and Larissa cultivated a profound passion for hair restoration. They initially specialized in Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUT) for over 11 years, and subsequently transitioned to Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) as it emerged as a leading hair restoration technique. This progression allowed them to master the art of creating natural-looking, undetectable hair restorations.
In collaboration with Tina, they founded a successful traveling hair technician company, serving the San Jose Palo Alto area (L&P Aesthetics) and the Beverly Hills area (Beverly Hills Hair Group and Harris Facial Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics). For the past nine years, they have traveled nationwide, working alongside top facial plastic surgeons and esteemed clients, including celebrity doctors, professional athletes and Hollywood stars.
After years of traveling and honing their craft, Lurina and Larissa decided to establish a permanent presence in the South Bay to be closer to their families. They launched Elite Hair & Spa Institute, a premier training hub for aspiring physicians and hair technicians.

Lina is a devoted and highly skilled body contouring specialist and licensed massage therapist committed to promoting wellness and achieving aesthetic goals. With twelve years of experience in the field, Lina has mastered various body contouring techniques and therapeutic massage modalities.
Specializing in body contouring, Lina is trained in advanced non-invasive procedures designed to sculpt, tone, and lift. She is proficient in techniques such as radio frequency and ultrasound cavitation. With a deep understanding of anatomy, Lina customizes treatment plans to address each client's unique goals and needs, helping them achieve a more confident and sculpted appearance.
In addition to body contouring, Lina is also a licensed massage therapist offering a range of therapeutic and holistic techniques to promote relaxation, alleviate muscle tension, and improve overall well-being. She is proficient in deep tissue massage, lymphatic drainage, and sports massage. Lina combines various massage techniques to tailor each session to the individual needs of her clients.
Creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, Lina ensures that clients feel welcomed and comfortable throughout their journey to improved body contouring and well-being. She demonstrates excellent communication skills, actively listens, and provides recommendations for self-care and ongoing wellness.

Everly is a highly skilled and dedicated esthetician who is passionate for skincare and helping others achieve their skin goals. With three years in the esthetics industry and extended diamond glow training she has developed a deep understanding for different skincare treatments and techniques.
Everly completed her esthetician training at Career Academy of Beauty located in Garden Grove where she gained extensive knowledge in skincare analysis, facial treatments, ingredients and other esthetic procedures. She is committed to staying up with the state of the art in the esthetics field with eagerness and excitement.
Known for her exceptional eye to details and personalize approach, Everly takes her time to get to know her client’s unique needs and concerns. She believes in providing a safe, relaxing environment to ensure that the client leaves feeling rejuvenated and confident after every service.
Throughout her career, Everly has successfully helped achieve a variety of skin concerns including hyperpigmentation, acne, mature and aging skin. She is capable of performing facial treatments like facials, microdermabrasion, ultrasonic, galvanic and LED therapy tailoring to each clients specific wants and needs to deliver exceptional results.
With care and concern, Everly provides valuable knowledge and advice when it comes to recommending products in order to help maintain healthy glowing skin between appointments. She believes that skincare isn’t just a luxury but an essential to self care and overall well-being.
